T-Shirt Order Forms

T-Shirt order forms went home yesterday.  All T-shirt orders will be due by Friday October 29th.  Checks can be made payable to PJHS.
I sincerely apologize that some of the forms came home with the incorrect price on them, it was purely my editing error as I update the form from last year.  Short Sleeve T-shirts are $15, Long Sleeve T-shirts are $17.  New forms are available from Mrs. Boyd.  Again, I apologize for an inconvenience this may have caused! ~ Mrs. Boyd
